Tristan brings more than 10 years of culinary experience from busy organic restaurants to multiple healthcare kitchens in Idaho and Montanna. He deeply believes in a residents come first approach when it comes to food in addition to highly supporting student voices to food items they would like experience.
He also refuses to accept a one size fits all approach and believes that every student is unique when it comes to their food preferences by providing variety of options with each meal.
When not in a kitchen Tristan enjoys video games and anime.
