Nolan began working at La Europa in 2020 as a staff mentor. Over the years, he discovered his passion for leadership, serving as both a Staff Support Coach and Shift Supervisor. In these roles, Nolan worked closely with the residential team to set meaningful goals, cultivate strong leadership within his shifts, and foster morale across the teams he supported through consistent, hands-on support.
In 2024, Nolan earned his Master’s degree in Education for Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership, with a focus in Sport Psychology. Through his graduate work, he developed a strong appreciation for how values-based goal setting supports emotional well-being, confidence, and motivation. He brings this perspective into his work with students, helping them identify their values and set intentional goals that align with who they are and who they hope to become.
As Admissions Assistant, Nolan supports students and families from enrollment and beyond. He collaborates closely with admissions, residential, clinical, and academic teams to coordinate assessments, prepare for new enrollments, and ensure a thoughtful and welcoming transition to campus for all new students. He also works closely with the facilities team to help plan projects and continue elevating the beauty and warmth of La Europa’s campus.
In his free time, Nolan can be found teaching at the studio or coaching local high school competitive dance teams!
