Isa brings more than 15 years of experience in residential treatment and inpatient care, with a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities young people face in these settings. She began her career at La Europa as a residential mentor, where her consistency, empathy, and leadership quickly stood out. Over time, she moved into roles as shift supervisor and community leader, building strong teams and helping create a culture rooted in accountability, connection, and care.
As the Director of Mosaic House, Isa supports students as they take meaningful steps toward independence. She works closely with students, families, and staff to strike a thoughtful balance between structure and autonomy, helping young adults build practical life skills while continuing their emotional and therapeutic growth. Her role includes staff supervision, day-to-day program operations, direct student support and coaching, and close collaboration with the clinical and academic teams to ensure each student’s transition is intentional and individualized.
At the heart of Isa’s work is a genuine belief in each young person’s ability to grow, change, and discover their self-worth. She is especially passionate about partnering with families, knowing that clear communication and strong support systems are essential to long-term success.
Outside of work, Isa enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and their dog. She is an avid reader and rarely goes anywhere without her Kindle close by!
