Heather joined La Europa Academy in 2013, bringing many years of accounting experience and a deep passion for contributing to the resiliency and development of young women. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 from Utah Valley University, supported by scholarships she achieved through her academic accomplishments and her determination as a single mother.
Her interest in accounting began early, when her grandfather entrusted her with the accounting responsibilities of their family-owned and operated business. Since then, the majority of her career has been spent in the healthcare sector, where she has developed strong expertise in accounting as well as operations.
Outside of work, Heather values time with her family above all else. She enjoys supporting her children in all their pursuits and she especially treasures time spent with her grandbaby. A lifelong reader, her nightstand currently holds The Let Them Theory, Fourth Wing, and scripture—reflecting both her curiosity and her faith.
Heather’s life focus centers on continual realignment with the belief that all things are governed by a loving presence—one who knows the end from the beginning and provides the experiences needed to help each of us reach our greatest potential.
