Tawny Thomas, LCSW

Tawny has worked in the residential treatment field for almost twenty years. She is excited to be the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the CERTS Group of Program.  Prior to this position, Tawny has served in different capacities at CERTS.  She was the Executive Director of two CERTS Programs, Kolob Canyon and Moonridge Academy for over 10 years.  Most recently she was the CERTS Director of Outreach and Program Development.  Tawny is an LCSW, with a Master's Degree in Social Work from University of Utah and a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University. She has worked with teens in a variety of settings, as a clinician and Director, and enjoys the opportunity to help adolescents heal and change their lives. When not working, she is busy hiking, playing volleyball, and traveling with her adorable husband Roger.
