Kalli is an expressive arts therapist and clinical mental health counselor (CMHC) trained in EMDR and EFT, a certified yoga instructor, and a therapeutic partner yoga practitioner.  She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Expressive Therapies and Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, a Master of Family and Human Development degree from Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.

She specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with internalized emotions, severe emotional and neurologic disorders, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, behavior disorders, PTSD, and relationship/social conflicts. She also works with parents and families to offer support and assist in learning to resolve conflicts peacefully, deal with and express negative feelings without being hurtful, set firm limits while maintaining goodwill, and improve relationships.

She utilizes expressive therapies (art, music, movement, psychodrama, writing), play therapy, and talk therapy to assist individuals to increase self awareness/self expression, work through and gain insight into one's own experiences, and learn coping and relationship skills.

Her approach is unique and eclectic which allows her to help in an empathetic, compassionate, unique way that caters to the whole person.
