The main objectives of the La Europa Academy Residential Department are to

1. Provide for the safety of our students; and to
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with students as a way to enhance and encourage personal growth and emotional healing.

Our staff is trained to help support, process through experiences, and implement therapeutic interventions with our students. They are very competent in problem solving and communication and work closely with our clinical and educational departments to help support our students towards optimal growth and healing.

Most of our employees are currently pursuing bachelor and master level degrees in fields related to social work and the social sciences. La Europa Academy also provides weekly trainings on different therapeutic techniques and psychological diagnoses to help staff provide the optimal care for your daughter.
